How to Get Ready to Sell

Property Enhancements
Putting your home on the market is a big deal. Let’s maximize the value of your home with:

-A written Home Enhancement Checklist with analysis of return on investment
-Recommendations for minor repairs and improvements to help sell your property for the highest price possible!
-Access to a list of the most reliable and dependable home improvement workers in the marketplace.

Home Staging
Make sure all potential buyers can envision themselves in the space.

-Depersonalize- put away family pictures, holiday items, or extra pet supplies
-Pack as much as possible- spaces will feel bigger the less you have in them (BONUS: there will be less to pack later!)
-Professional staging- in some spaces, it may be benefical to hire a professional stager to furnish the home.

Deep Clean
A clean house shows buyers your care and gives them confidence when choosing your house!

-Dust high and low- Don’t forget carpets and ceiling fans
-Easily overlooked areas make a big difference- grout, baseboards, doors, and blinds are all items that can get dirty and go unnoticed
-Look for eyesores- items like trashcans and toliet brushes are things we all have in our house but no one wants to see
-Don’t forget outside- landscaping, frontdoors, and garage doors are the first things homebuyers see, make it count

Photos
Buyers see your house online first. The photos are an important first impression. Ensure they include:

-exterior photographs
-photos of each room
-3D tour
-floor plan
-drone photography
