Strategy Session
Before the sign goes in the yard or even pictures are taken, we have an important first step— to decide strategy.
This consists of three vital conversations.
1. The first conversation allows you to share details about your home with me. We can usually discuss these over the phone. Some questions to consider are:
-What improvements have you made?
-How much do you owe on the home?
-What is your timeline to be in your new home?
-What questions do you have about the selling process?
2. The second conversation is a fact finding mission. We get to know each other and the process and your home! This is where I come to tour your house— but no pressure— it doesn’t need to be “show ready”. This is just the chance for me to understand the unique quailties of your home and answer all your questions.
3. The third conversation is the most fun! I have gathered all the data and done all the research. We come together to make a plan on how to get your home sold for the most money in your timeline!
Each of these conversations can take as much time as you need. Selling a house is an important decision. It is important to me that you feel you have all the information needed to make an informed decision. The strategy session is the first step in giving you all the information.
